Licensing
Your license is valid for one year from the date of purchase. During this time, you will be entitled to free upgrades of the exact product you purchased. You will also have access to user support according to your paid product.
One license can be used for an installation to one WordPress site. All licenses are non-transferable. One WordPress installation that is itself configured as a ‘multisite network’ should have as many licenses as the number of sub-sites.
After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue using the plugin as well as receiving support and updates for the product.
Updates & Support
Automatic updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key (API key). Support for a purchased plugin is available for those who have an active, paid license.
Support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased.
For support requests received during EET business hours, we will take reasonable steps to respond within 24 hours of receipt. For support requests not received during EET business hours, we will take reasonable steps to respond within 24 hours of the start of the next working day.
Delivery
After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and license key (API key). You can download and activate the Print PDF Generator and Publisher plugin from your WordPress Plugins menu.
Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through

Distribution
You are forbidden from modifying the source code in any way, and you are not permitted to redistribute the code to any third party or to use it for your own purposes on unlicensed sites. The only exception is that you may keep copies of the source code for your own archival purposes, for testing purposes within your own organization, or for the purposes of uploading the source code to your live WordPress installation.
Prices
Displayed prices are for yearly subscriptions, paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which are determined according to your billing address. The final price can be seen on the purchase page, before payment is completed. Ad Vouchers are third party services and products and therefore are subject to the Terms of Use of such providers.
Nopea.media reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
Cancellation
Cancellation by User
You may discontinue to use and request to cancel your subscription at any time. The effective date and time for such cancellation will be the date and time on which you have 1. requested the cancellation for the Free service 2. at the end of your subscription period for paid products.
Cancellation by nopea.media
Failure to comply with any of the subscription terms & conditions, entitles nopea.media to suspend or cancel your subscription, and any services related to that.
Loss of Data and Content and Capacity
If your subscription is cancelled (whether at your request or at nopea.media’s discretion), it may cause or result in the loss of certain content and features. Nopea.media is not liable in any way for such capacity loss, or for saving a backup of your content and data. Please also note that additional fees may apply to re-activation of a subscription following its cancellation.
Liability
The Author of this plugin (nopea.media) accepts no liability for any damage whatsoever resulting from use of the plugin. The software is provided “as is”, and you are responsible for ensuring that it is secure and fit for purpose within your own site installation. The Author’s liability is strictly limited to the license fee you paid at the time of purchase.
