What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Cookies
If you submit a form or add a review on our site you may opt-in to saving your name and email address in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect website usage using cookies. The Analytics data helps us get a better understanding of our client base and improve our services to better meet our clients’ needs. Comments And Reviews
If you leave reviews on our shop we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact forms
We store user input data sent through the contact forms on this website, along with meta information about the submissions, including the time stamp, the origin IP address, and the user agent (browser). The information is sent as email messages that only a select few are allowed to access. The information is also stored in the database on our hosting server for backup and later reference purposes.
WooCommerce
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address and phone number. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Send you information about your order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
Who we share your data with
Your personal data is only shared with those employees or partner organizations, that need them in order to provide services on behalf of nopea.media. Nopea.media will not sell or rent data to anyone.

For other instances, nopea.media will hand over information only as answer to a court order or another legal obligation that demands doing so, or when nopea.media believes handing over information is necessary in order to protect the assets or rights of the company, any third party or the public.

How long we retain your data
For any submissions or orders made through the site, we store information as long as we need it for maintaining the customer relationship and for keeping track of our customer base.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left submissions or placed orders on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
